I’m Meizahn and I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN). My mission in life is to empower women to reconnect with their bodies while teaching them how to support their digestion and mood, so that they can live their best lives and achieve transformational wellness!
For years it felt like my physical and mental health were in control of me instead of the other way around. It always felt like my concerns were being brushed off by doctors and specialists and I became frustrated with the lack of information surrounding my own health. After overcoming several health challenges, I have become passionate about supporting other women to achieve optimal health as well.
